1. How do I choose the right size for my shirt or sweatshirt? Answer: We provide detailed size charts for all our products, including fitted/relaxed women’s tees and unisex sweatshirts. Because garment styles vary (such as relaxed cuts vs. unisex fits), we recommend laying your favorite shirt flat, measuring armpit-to-armpit for width and top shoulder to bottom hem for length, and matching those measurements to our chart. For a looser or more relaxed fit, consider sizing up!
2. How should I care for and wash my custom bling apparel? Answer: To protect the sparkle and longevity of your rhinestones, sequins, and glitter designs: Turn inside out before washing.Machine wash on cold on a gentle/delicate cycle.Hang dry or tumble dry low (excessive heat can weaken the adhesive).Do not iron directly on the rhinestone design.
3. Can I request a custom bling design or logo? Answer: Absolutely! We specialize in custom rhinestone and glitter graphics for individuals, groups, teams, and small businesses. You can submit your custom design request directly on our Custom Design page on the website.
4. How long does it take to process and ship custom bling orders? Answer: Since each piece is carefully embellished with high-quality bling materials, standard processing times typically range from 5-7 business days for ready to ship items and pre-orders/ custom items can range from 2-4 weeks. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships! Shipping time can vary depending on holidays and weather.
5. What payment options do you offer? Answer: We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Buy Now, Pay Later options like Afterpay and Sezzle, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
